Connects subscription terms
Version 2026-10-v2. These terms supplement the Connects Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Your subscription
Connects costs $19 billed monthly or $190 billed yearly in USD, plus applicable taxes disclosed before payment. Yearly billing saves $38 compared with twelve monthly payments. Payment processing for sales to your customers is separate.
Free publication
Your first successful website publication at a Connects URL is free, with an optional Built with Connects footer. After publication, editing published content or publishing updates requires Connects. Failed publication attempts do not use the free publication. Changing or deleting a site does not reset a successfully used allowance.
Renewal, changes and cancellation
Your paid plan renews automatically at the displayed frequency until canceled. Cancel in Settings → Billing before renewal to stop the next charge. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Plan changes are confirmed in Stripe, including timing, any prorated credit, and the amount due before confirmation. No new add-on price or automatic AI overage charge is introduced.
Payment failures and published websites
A failed renewal has a seven-day grace period for updating payment information. Editing access may be suspended afterward. Your last published Connects URL, your data, exports, account controls, and existing customer obligations remain available. Custom domain connection is coming later and is not included at this launch. Your Connects link remains the public website address.
AI usage
Free includes one complete AI website build, 10 additional text changes and 2 extra images. Connects includes 100 text generations and 20 images each billing month, including for annual subscriptions. Complete paid builds count their actual generations. Failed requests do not consume completed-generation allowances. Usage and remaining allowances appear in Billing. Existing beta accounts retain their current access during rollout.
Refunds and support
Contact support@connectsshop.com for billing corrections, refund requests or help canceling. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable law continue to apply. No automatic promise of prorated refunds is made; any approved refund is shown in your billing records.
Domain registration
Connects subscription pricing does not include registering or renewing a domain. Custom domain connection is not available at this launch; it will be announced separately after ownership verification and routing are implemented. Third-party registration and payment services have their own charges and terms.
